**About the role**:
As the eCommerce Merchandise Coordinator, your primary purpose will be to support and coordinate the daily operations, site merchandising, and digital marketing campaign execution. Working closely with the eCommerce Merchandise Specialist, you will bring project roadmaps to life and ensure operational effectiveness, all while focusing on strategically presenting categories and delivering accurately targeted information to our customers.

**About you**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Work Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience working in a FMCG retail environment
- Knowledge of website merchandising, search, browse, recommendations, and content management
- Intermediate data analysis experience
- Experience in an eCommerce or other commercially focused role
- Experience with website/mobile maintenance projects (desired)
- Experience with a product content management system in a previous role (desired)
- Experience using Web Analytics software (desired)

- Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and highly analytical mindset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player
- Demonstrates commercial acumen
- Shows initiative and enthusiasm for eCommerce and online retailing
