Shaver Shop currently supports its 125 corporate owned stores located across Australia and New Zealand via a Support Office team of around 50 people.

About You

• You are naturally people orientated as this role requires you to liaise with a variety of different groups at varying levels within our organization.
• You enjoy recruitment and the challenge of placing the right person in the right role.
• Experience in a fast-paced industry such as the retail industry is highly regarded.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers and manage multiple work flows concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and familiarity with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
• High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• HR Graduate or 1-2 years HR-related experience or exposure, with a genuine interest in developing your career.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and working alongside the Human Resources Advisor, you will coordinate the recruitment requirements for our corporate store network across Australia and New Zealand.

This exciting role will see you juggling numerous tasks at one time and therefore you will require an exceptional ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

The day-to-day duties of the role will include activities such as:

• Post job openings across various job boards and platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and databases.
• Communicate promptly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks as needed.
• Prepare and extend job offers, including drafting offer letters and facilitating onboarding.
• Stay informed on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing orientation materials, and coordinating first-day activities.
• Provide administrative support to the overall Human Resources Department
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
