**Our Opportunity**:
We currently have a fixed term full time opportunity (until the end of November 2025) for a Company Secretariat & Governance Analyst who will support the Home Health & Residential Aged Care Governance Team in managing corporate governance, company secretariat and related corporate activities. The role is primarily responsible for coordinating the collection, preparation and timely submission of notifications and reporting required for our aged care approved provider entities, including with regulators, boards, committees and forums.
Accountabilities will include:
- Coordinating and submitting regulatory notifications and reporting for aged care approved provider entities.
- Liaising with governance team members and senior management to coordinate the timely collection, preparation and development of governance reporting and materials for boards, committees, and forums, ensuring preparation timelines are clearly communicated and adhered to.
- Supporting the governance team in collecting data and reporting on key governance, risk, compliance and quality metrics.
- Maintaining the governance team regulatory reporting and policy and procedure review calendar, ensuring due dates are clearly communicated and adhered to.
- Assisting with governance projects and initiatives as required.
**About You**:
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities/experience
- An understanding of the company secretarial function and governance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working agilely in complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and perform a range of support and organisational functions at a senior management and executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability in administration procedures and general business practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in use of SharePoint Online, Boardbooks, Xakia and or NetDocuments will be an advantage.
