**About the role**:
We are seeking a proactive professional to manage enterprise risk and provide company secretariat services.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the provision of company secretariat duties to our Board of Directors, which includes preparation of agendas, coordinating board papers, taking minutes and managing all governance requirements. In addition, you will partner with senior managers to oversee enterprise risk management including risk identification and mitigation, risk assessments and reporting. You will also report to the board quarterly on risk management. Your skills will be valued as we have ISO27001 certification with external auditors, which ensures that risk is embedded in our organisation. The position description sets out further information.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Broad previous experience in enterprise risk and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and control techniques.
- Experience with risk auditing and reporting procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and previous experience working with C-suite level or Board of Directors.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with ISO27001 standards and regulations would be highly regarded but not essential if other selection criteria are met.
- Likewise, experience working with 6Clicks is also highly desirable but not essential
