The Client Liaison Offices will be required on location to aid clients at properties that have known livestock or cropping concerns that require staff to be on site during treatment.

**_Duties of the Role:_**
- Providing quality customer service to clients concerned by aerial operations, responding to enquiries and accurately recording details on relevant databases
- Providing operational and administrative support to ensure the timely delivery of aerial operations
- Use judgement and problem solving when skills when undertaking allocated tasks
- Work autonomously on a rotation as both office and outdoor based officer as per operational requirements

**_Essential Requirements for This Role:_**
- A current 'C' Class drivers' licence
- Ability to drive long periods on a daily basis
- High level of computer skills
- High level of communication skills
- The ability to work out of normal business hours as well as work weekends as operationally required

**_Highly Desirable to This Role Are:_**
- Knowledge of, or have worked in the aviation industry
- Experience in an operations environment
- Working within a team environment
