**About the Role**

Due to the acquisition of new contracts and continued business growth we have an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Administrator and Community Liaison Officer to join our client in a part time employment based in their office in the Brisbane Southern Suburb.

**An overview is the below**:

- Provide administrative support to the Project team on a day-to-day basis
- Manage the Site Office and Facilities
- Enter and approve invoices to the system
- Accounts Payable
- Answering and directing community enquiries on the projects
- Assisting with preparing notices, flyers, and engagement activities
- General office administration

**About You**
- With a minimum of 5 years of proven exposure in Community/Communications
- Qualifications in Communications or studying towards (i.e. Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Marketing and Communications or Certificate IIII course etc.)
- Experience with systems such as JDE and Adobe/Bluebeam will be highly regarded.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
