**About us** As part of Altius Group Executive Health Solutions is the leading provider of corporate health programs throughout Australia. We are seeking a Part Time motivated Client Services Liaison/Receptionist to work in our VIP Health Assessment Centre located in the Brisbane CBD.
**Your new role**: Are you looking for a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same? As a Client Service Liaison/Receptionist, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders and clients in a professional and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients during their clinic visits.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Organise and manage the filing and screening of medical records.
- Must be available 2- 4 days a week. Wednesday, Thursday and ideally Monday
**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and professionals.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Prior office experience, ideally in a professional setting.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
