**The opportunity**:
Join our dynamic team as a **Customer Support Sales Representative** at our Pakenham branch. In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage your territory sales and leads, taking full responsibility for the performance of your territory. You will work with cutting-edge information systems such as CRM, EQP Care, Komtrax, and opportunity files. You will conduct professional meetings with customers, sell appropriate solutions from our full range of Komatsu products and services, and continuously update customer information in our databases.

We are seeking a team player who can adapt quickly to the role. This role reports into the Customer Support Sales Manager for the Sothern Region.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify opportunities within the prescribed customer base by using systems Komatsu information systems such as EQP Care, Komtrax and opportunity files.
- Conduct professional and effective meetings with customers by following the standardised customer meeting template and completing all area’s detailed within this tool.
- Sell appropriate solutions from the full range of Komatsu products and service by being knowledgeable on these and keeping up to date with product knowledge across the range.
- Ensure machine population and customer information is valid and continuously improved by consistently updating EQP care and Customer Contacts Database.
- Proactively contribute to parts planning activities in the region and identify areas where stocks may need to be adjusted by updating parts planning tools such as next due templates post customer visits.
- Provide relevant information to other areas of the business by keeping factual and relevant notes on customer visit reports.
- Maximise the investment in customer visits delivering value to the customers business through each interaction whilst gathering and reporting key information to support a proactive and team approach to sales growth.
**Skills and qualifications we seek**:
- Prior experience with the heavy vehicle and equipment parts desirable.
- Previous exeperiance in a similar Customer Support or Sales role.
- Demonstrated drive and persistence (A sales hunter mentality).
- Applies professional and technical skills effectively.
- Maintains a customer-focused and proactive approach in identifying opportunities.
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Builds and maintains professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Shows resilience throughout the sales process.
- Manages and analyses pipelines efficiently.
- Proficient in utilising Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
- Proven history of achieving sales targets.
- Tertiary training is highly regarded.
