We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Canberra to join our national TA team.

If you love the thrill of high-volume recruitment, know how to pipeline like a pro, and thrive in a team that values speed, quality, and integrity — this is your kind of role.

What you’ll be doing:

- Running end-to-end recruitment for Security Officers and related roles across the ACT region-
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand site requirements and keep things moving-
- Preparing employment contracts and ensuring Workday data is accurate and up to date

What you bring:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (recruitment, customer service, or contact centres all count).-
- Solid organisational skills — you can juggle priorities and still deliver quality outcomes.- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems (Workday experience is a bonus).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Willingness to complete a National Police Check and other relevant clearances.
