We currently have an opportunity for a **Project Support Officer.**Join our Downer Professional Services team and play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia’s future.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Provide administrative and secretariat support to project teams.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and reporting on project work packages.
- Coordinate task sequences, document preparation, and data entry.
- Contribute to risk and issue registers and monitor action items.
- Assist with standard operating procedures and internal project communications.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in a project support or project coordination role.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience working within Defence, government, or professional services.
- A minimum **NV1 security clearance**(or the ability to obtain and maintain one).
