australia sydney contract au$380 - au$495 per dayOne of our Government clients based in Mascot (1 day a week) are looking for a Engagement and Content Officer for a 4 month contract (with view to extend). This role is paying $380-$495pd + super.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
Support the Manager and branch’s leadership team in developing and delivering engagement strategies, including communications knowledge management and the development of protocols and tools for a coordinated approach across projects.
- Develop and maintain the public-facing media channels, utilising good knowledge and experience of web technologies such as Drupal and social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on web activity and analytics (e.g. using Google Analytics Platform) social media activity and provide insights and suggestions for future enhancements and content optimisation.
- Develop content for multi-channel information sources using strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Provide strategic advice to Manager and other team members to effectively manage emerging stakeholder issues and concerns, mainly using multi-channel information sources.
- Contribute to designing and developing a suite of communications products, such as fact sheets, electronic direct marketing communications (EDMs) and user manuals, using media editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Coordinate creating and distributing EDMs and other stakeholder communications, including print and web.
- Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people, and communities for the greater good.
