**About the Company**

This client is a leading Government Agency supporting the school sectors to deliver the best possible outcomes for students through high-quality syllabuses, assessment, teaching standards and school environments.

They are seeking an experience Content Designer based on a 6 month contract.

**About the role**
- Based on research and best practice, identifies the best way to design content for customers as appropriate, to improve engagement and enhance the digital experience
- Contributes to the research, scoping, writing, editing and publishing of digital content
- Assists in the production of content that is accurate, timely, high quality and focused on the needs of target customers to increase customer experience and support SEO strategies
- Assists with stakeholder engagement and management to build relationships with stakeholders and ensure content aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Champion the value of content design across the business.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in writing/producing web content
- Experience in digital copywriting for a variety of audiences
- Ability to guide stakeholders on best practice for customer experience and digital content
