Opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects in a supportive team with great company culture. Be a part of a small and growing team with the stability of being backed by a successful, but separate, insurance works division.

The commercial team is currently seeking an Supervisor to support their growing pipeline of works.

**Projects include**:

- Aged care refurbishments
- Shop fitting and office fit outs
- Fast food refurbishment
- Education - Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works
- Airport - Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works

- Drive completion of projects up to $200k with excellent attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in shop fitting or refurbishment works.
- Ability to review and understand large tender sets and commercial specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, reliable, and organised.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Planning and preparing schedules for tender.
- Sales and production estimating.
- Interface with clients for value engineering and RFI’s.
- Exposure to retail and hospitality shop fitting advantageous.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
