Experienced supervisor required for townhouse project in Mt Gravatt
**Your new company**
A great opportunity to join a developer builder on a Townhouse Development in Mt Gravatt. This role suits a local Builder / Supervisor with similar project experience keen to work through their ABN or on Salary.
**Your new role**
The first project has commenced, consisting of 8 townhouses, a high-end development, with more developments in the pipeline. This is a stand-alone role, with support from a labourer as needed, taking responsibility for OH&S, site compliance and ensuring a safe tidy site is maintained. Whilst also coordinating sub-contractors, project scheduling and working with the head office to ensure it tracks to budget.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience supervising projects, ideally with the construction of Townhouse Developments. Experience overseeing Residential projects will be well regarded while a trade qualification is preferred. A QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential, along with good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
