**About the role**:

- Responsible for introducing products and services centered on mobile phone at store.
- Be involved in planning in-store campaigns and preparing promotion tools for increasing sales.
- Provide Customer service at store in both English and Japanese.
- Work shifts that include weekend work, 75h a day between 9:00am-10:00pm, 5 days a week

Annual holiday days: 123 days (10 days of paid vacation after six months of employment)

**Skills and Experience**:

- Have working right in Japan.
- Have experience in sales/shop staff/customer service.

(Possible with part-time job experience. No matter how many years you have worked)
- High business level Japanese skills (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading) is mandatory.
- Business level English skills.

They will follow up even inexperienced people carefully and will follow up to become a full-fledged person. They have enhanced various training systems for example new-employee training and have strengths in sharing information within the company. Even if you have no experience, they will carefully support you as a member of their company.
