Are you looking for a new challenge in a positive and friendly environment? Join one of Australia's fastest-growing flooring import/wholesale companies, is expanding its operations and seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join our team in Parramatta Region.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include managing warehouse procedures to optimize productivity, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and building and leading a skilled and motivated team.

**Your new role**

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement efficient and standardised warehouse procedures.
- Manage warehouse space and maintain an organised sorting system.
- Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate order fulfilment and logistics, including dispatching orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain the warehouse facility and equipment in good working condition.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance and key metrics.

**What you'll need to succeed**

**Requirements**:

- High achiever with a positive can-do attitude.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role preferred.
- Valid forklift licence.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to work well within a team and individually.
- Motivated and reliable with the ability to work under pressure.

**What you'll get in return**

You will receive a salary of $980K - $100K + Super in permanent role with a highly successful Australian business.
