Your new company is a leading Australian FMCG with a warehouse based in Western Sydney. They have an exciting opportunity for you to take the next step in your career as a Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation in the warehouse, including receiving, picking, dispatch and inventory, as well as leading your team and driving improvements. 3am - 9;30am Mon -Sat Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be managing a medium-sized team of 15-20 pick-packing and forklift staff. Your duties will include:

- Ensuring accurate receiving, storing, dispatching and high quality of goods
- Actively participate in the development & improvement of current processes within the warehouse.
- Training, mentoring and development of staff members through high engagement, support and communication.
- Coordinating cycle counts and stock takes
- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to OH&S policies by all team members.

**What you'll need to succeed**

As a successful Warehouse Supervisor, you will have previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar role, as well as the following:

- A valid Forklift license & high reach forklift experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to enable you to effectively lead your team
- Previous perishable or cold chain experience preferred
- A hands-on approach
- A track record in people management
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong understanding of practical processes within stock control & logistics

**What you'll get in return**

You will receive a highly competitive salary of $80K - $90K + Super depending on experience in a permanent role, as well as the opportunity to work within a leading, established business experiencing exciting growth.
