Join a 3PL fashion business as their Warehouse Administrator in the South-West Sydney region.

**Your new company**
Your new company is a leading 3PL provider to the fashion industry, with a warehouse based in South-Western Sydney. They have an exciting opportunity for you to join their operation on a permanent basis as their Warehouse Administrator.

**Your new role**
As a Warehouse Administrator you will be responsible for a range of responsibilities which prioritises the efficient workflow of receiving to put away, and provide the necessary documentation as well as value add services such as steaming, barcoding etc. prior to accurately putting away stock. Reporting to the Office & Production Managers, you will be contributing to the team’s ability to serve customers at a high standard. Your duties will include:

- Co-ordinating inbound receiving and value-add services with warehouse staff to meet customer KPI’s.
- Request and organize necessary inbound documentation and value-add service instructions from customers.
- Accurately check receipt paperwork and inform of discrepancies internally and to customers
- Update inbound documentation and reports to reflect goods received and value-add services performed
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve customer queries
- Provide reports to management on inbound operation KPI’s with a focus on continuous improvement
- Facilitating couriers for customer deliveries when required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of warehousing, inventory and stock control
- Previous experience with customer service
- Strong Excel skills
- Proven team player
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Warehousing environment
- Prior experience utilizing a Warehouse Management System

**What you'll get in return**
You will receive a salary of $60K - $70K + Super in a permanent role, in a diverse operation within an established team.
