Now, we’re looking for a passionate Sales Manager - QLD to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and champion our brands in the region.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales and Revenue, you’ll be responsible for maximising sales potential in the Queensland territory. Your role is all about building strong connections, identifying new opportunities, and driving brand awareness to support AAT Kings
**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and implement tailored sales plans to grow key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agents and industry stakeholders through regular engagement.
- Deliver training and support through weekly training sessions, client presentations, and product information updates.
- Ensure marketing materials are effectively utilised and represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track activities, and provide valuable insights to enhance performance.
- Manage the Sales Manager budget efficiently while adhering to company policies.
**Who You Are**
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to implement sales and marketing plans.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
