**About the organisation**:
A major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria that improves the health and wellbeing of children and adolescents through leadership in healthcare, research and education.

**The role**:
As part of the HR Services Team, you will manage the onboarding of new employees and associated HR administration, in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- On-board new starters including ensuring all relevant checks have been undertaken and processed.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure documentation is current and accurate.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to HR and line management when required.

**Skills & experience**:

- Experience in HR or recruitment is essential
- Experience with Success Factors or a similar recruitment tool
- Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate initiative
- Booster vaccination required
