**What we need**

We currently have a **Permanent Full Time or Part Time **opportunity for an Administration Assistance to join our corporate team.

**Reporting to the **Manager Corporate Administration & Executive Assistant to CEO & Board Chairman**, you will have an opportunity to**:

- Provide efficient administration and clerical support to the executive team
- Assist with the compilation and timely distribution of Onecare Board and other Committee papers
- Assist with communication registers and prepare routine correspondence to stakeholders
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings
- Provide back fill for reception by ensuring prompt and professional handling of enquiries.

**What you bring to the role**
- Relevant administration qualifications/experience or a willingness to learn
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
