We’re looking for a Marketing Administration Assistant to join us at Huon Aquaculture, someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and loves a well-ordered spreadsheet.

This role is perfect for an admin superstar who wants to work in a face-paced values driven environment where your attention to detail and proactive approach will make a real impact.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing high-quality administrative support to our marketing and sales teams to keep things running smoothly.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, up to date and aligned with Huon’s branding.
- Manage invoicing, purchases orders, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless processing.
- Track and report on the Fresher Rewards program and support CRM-driven activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver our B2B customer loyalty program.
- Respond to enquiries promptly, delivering efficient and customer focused solutions.
- Coordinate farm tour bookings and catering to ensure, smooth memorable events.

**Who you are**:

- Strong admin experience - ideally within a marketing, comms or creative team.
- Highly organised and reliable, with next level attention to detail.
- Great with systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools - you’ll keep things flowing.
- A calm multitasker who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys bringing order to the chaos.
- A curiosity for aquaculture and sustainability is a bonus.
