**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Operations Delivery Manager and based out of our Port Melbourne office, the Operations Reporting Coordinator plays a pivotal role in assisting the Operations Delivery Manager in extracting and collating data from multiple sources, verifying it’s accuracy, and creating reports for Internal stakeholdes and Commercial Partners

**About the position**:

- Manage data extraction & collection
- Maintain data hygiene
- Provide data comparison across large data sets and multiple systems
- Assist in building and creating reports and dashboards
- Provide support and maintenance on reports
- Assist in general operational admin tasks

- Experience in data extraction and data cleansing
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve great results
- Excellent interpersonal skills
