This local leading entertainment brand is growing its successful tech-driven team to continue kicking major goals This company has had a hugely successful last few years and you would be managing an ambitious team looking to expand on their already strong testing capabilities

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage a team of 10 manual and automation testers
- Be responsible for the quality of releases across a variety of front and back-end platforms
- Improve test practices and processes, leveraging increased coverage of automation testing
- Develop test strategies and manage testing priorities and issues across all stages of the project

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
As the QA Manager you will have strong experience managing a team of testers in an agile environment. You will have experience creating a roadmap to implement more automation testing whilst still being able to empathise with, and lead manual testers.
