We are searching for a collaborative Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our high performing team at the Chullora bakery. This role will support the QA Manager while working closely with our site leadership team and front-line operators in driving QA initiatives with a focus on ensuring internal and external compliance requirements.
Purpose of the Role
- Working collaboratively with site operational teams by providing quality support and functionality including representation at QATs meetings
- Maintain site quality management systems and general administrative duties
- Compile QMS reports and other related documentation
- Assisting with investigations, risk assessments during Food Safety Incident reporting/Customer Complaint investigations
- Support the QA Manager with managing onsite audits
- Collation and reporting of all weekly / monthly reporting requirements
- Coordinate consumer complaint investigations

About You
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Food industry background and/or bakery industry will be highly regarded
- Tertiary Qualification in Food Science / Food Technology
- Highly collaborative approach with strong communication skills
- Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
