Jobdescription· Manage automation and manual testing teams whoare responsible for ensuring E2E (end to end) quality of our products.· Provide direction for test teams delivering aclear and consistent vision.· Develop roadmap for building needed testexpertise. Establish and evolve formal QA Processes· Define quality and automation KPI goals for theteam and drive success towards achieving them.· To recommend, implement, and monitor preventiveand corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.· Participate in brainstorming sessions andcross -departmental meetings to ensure collaborating and cohesion.· Oversee all aspects of quality assuranceincluding establishing metrics, implementing best practices, and developing newtools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.· Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspectsof releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally andexternally.· Review test strategies and test plans and ensurecoverage for functional, performance and scalability aspects are covered andtested. Knowledge / Skills Experience:· 10 + years experience in Product QualityAssurance role and 2 -3 years in Management or lead position.· Seasoned QA Manager with track record ofdelivering high quality products in a fast -paced Environment.· Experience in closing the loop and continuousimprovement of QA strategies based on learnings from field issues.· Hands -on QA experience including testingautomation. Deep knowledge of automation best practices and industry trends.· Exposure to automation testing using SeleniumWeb driver, Testing Frameworks like TestNG.· Strong proficiency in SQL / No SQL.· Strong analytical and reasoning skills.Excellentcommunicator, we'll organized, good team builder, cooperative and composedunder pressure, experienced with matrix management
