**What this job involves**:
We’ve got an opportunity for a Residential Property Manager to join our team across a residential portfolio in South Brisbane. In the role, you will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day property management.

**A snapshot of the role**:
End to end property management, including dispute resolution and QCAT submissions and hearings
Ensure accurate preparation of all documentation relating to residential tenancy in line with legislation
Oversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinating leasing inspections
Communicate regularly with clients and key stakeholders on property related matters
Tenant liaison - handling queries, complains and needs of tenants

You possess a high standard of communication and can relate to others easily

You hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration - required
