**Client**:
Our partnered client is one of Australia's most iconic companies. With over 50 years in the Australian market they are true industry leader. With tremendous growth and a large number of projects there is a need for a Change Manager to join the team in Perth.

Over the past years, increased collaboration and integration is occurring at a functional business-level, and the technology solutions are struggling to keep pace with business requirements and alignment to Group security frameworks. This initiative is to deliver the IT uplift to align the wider framework which will allow the business to better leverage group resources, services and assets, streamline operations, and mitigate the risk of security exposure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise closely with Senior stakeholders and develop effective partnering for a smooth transition
- Provision change management advice and support
- Produce impact assessment, communications plan, transition plans, and other CM artefacts.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across the organisation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Change Manager preferably with IT uplift experience
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields
