management and will be responsible for broader stakeholders' engagement and communication. This is a 6 month part time contract based in Osborne park.
**The role**:
- Planning, development, execution, and monitoring of change plan and activities including communications, training, stakeholder management, change impact assessment, business readiness analysis, gap analysis and change reinforcement.
- Defining project benefits (benefits-focused), assess progress towards realising and achieving measured improvements in business operations.
- Managing multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Implementing organisational-wide change activities with an expert ability to influence and coach people including senior stakeholders through all stages of the change.
- Focusing on people side of change, including changes to associated business processes, policies, systems and technology. Ensuring users impacted by change will be fully aware of all changes, timings and have taken measures to reduce impact to their work.
- Work with relevant business areas as their participation will play an integral part to enable changes resulting from the project to be firmly embedded within the department by facilitating change related training and workshops, developing user procedures/manuals/templates, etc.
- Develop knowledge of the Finance business environment, understanding of management structure and culture to enable successful outcome.
- Reporting on regular progress updates to senior leadership.
- Developing / compiling end user resources
- Work with the Project Services Manager to develop and implement business change practices that deliver customer centric services required in an ever-changing environment.
- Regularly confirm customer/stakeholder expectations to ensure that deliverables are high
- quality, fit-for-purpose and aligned with Finance objectives.
- Perform other duties as directed. This may include: 1. Under the guidance of the Project Services Manager, undertake the delivery of minor project management services within Technology Services using the contemporary project management methodology.
**Experience**:
- Strong experience in change management
- Develop, deliver and lead end-to-end Change / Transition Plan
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of relevant management and business change techniques.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and communications skills.
- Strong business acumen.
**Whats on offer**:
- 6 months contract
- Immediate start
- 2-3 days per week
- $120 - $150 per hour plus super dependant on experience
- Overtime - Overtime is only payable for additional hours of work undertaken at the request of the role/time sheet manager. Weekends - Overtime: Saturday - First 3 hours' time & a half, then Double time. Sunday & public holidays - Double time.
