**Role Description**:
The Change Manager will be responsible for leading and initiating change management for a portfolio of business change projects across the organisation. They will ensure the successful delivery of projects by utilizing the Enterprise Change Management framework and associated tools.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead change management for multiple projects using the Enterprise Change Management framework and tools.
- Produce approaches, tactical plans, and materials for employee engagement to ensure consistency in messaging and methodology.
- Establish, manage, and support change management stakeholder networks.
- Conduct impact assessments for all business change projects.
- Liaise with the Internal Communications team to develop communications plans and activities.
- Develop and align change plans and activities within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Lead People stream to ensure mutually agreed and satisfactory outcomes.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Formal accreditation in change management.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Extensive OCM experience
- Substantial experience and knowledge in the technical design and implementation of change management methodologies, practices, tools, and techniques.
- Substantial experience in guiding and influencing key stakeholders through a change journey.
- Substantial experience with leading the implementation of organizational programs of change in a large commercial organization.
- Considerable experience and knowledge of organizational program management approaches, methodologies, and life cycle planning.
- Demonstrated experience in articulating the business case for change and demonstrating the benefits of change management.
