**Role Summary**:
The Change Manager role is an opportunity in our Enterprise Change Team based at our Head Office located in the Forrest Centre.

You will be part of the Enterprise Change function made up of supportive and experienced Change practitioners and leaders who care about our team’s development and wellbeing, where ideas and best practice are shared freely.

Change Managers are accountable for the development, delivery and execution of the change management strategies and plans associated with strategic business objectives. The role works with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful delivery of the changes, including providing guidance and coaching to support leader led change.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Develops and implements an enterprise view of change to provide insights on change capacity and risk.
- Provides change advisory services and consultation on how to implement change, conducting impact assessments on initiatives.
- Develops change management plans and change approach to support Business objectives, embedding Synergy's change framework and toolkit to uplift capability.
- Supports the development and delivery of change management learning curriculum, as well as the continuous review of change strategies and tools to ensure fit for purpose.
- Coaches’ leaders in leading and preparing the organisation for change.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as Management, Leadership, Change Management, Human Resources or Psychology & 5+ years’ experience in a Change Management Position.
- In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Experience in large scale change, working with large, multifunctional initiative teams and programs supporting enterprise change.
- Evidence of strong decision-making analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
