Join one of Sydney’s fastest-growing building management companies We’re seeking an experienced **Building Manager** to oversee two prestigious residential strata buildings. You’ll work closely with a **Senior Strata Manager** and **Senior Management Team**, ensuring your properties are maintained to the highest standard and residents enjoy an exceptional living environment.

**The Role**

As the on-site **Building Manager**, you’ll:

- Oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and presentation.
- Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality outcomes.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Respond professionally to resident and committee inquiries.
- Collaborate with your Strata Manager on budgets, maintenance priorities, and reporting.
- Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures for the building.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years’ experience in Building, Facilities, or Resident Management within a strata/residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of the **Strata Schemes Management Act 2015** and relevant NSW legislation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and multiple priorities with professionalism.
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in building/facilities management (advantageous).
