**About Gidget Foundation Australia**
Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) is the largest and only national provider of free specialist perinatal mental
health psychological services to support the emotional wellbeing of expectant and new parents.

**The opportunity**
Our Client Services Executives look after day-to-day Gidget House operations, clinical intake support, and
administration needs. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, clinicians, our community, and the public.
- Supporting our clinical intake team to manage referrals; provide information regarding intake pathways.
- Maintaining accurate client records, files, and forms through our practice management software.
- Managing clinician diaries and booking appointments according to client and clinician needs.
- A wide variety of day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

**About you**
While no direct experience in psychology practice is required, our Client Services Executives are first and foremost
clinical administration professionals. Previous healthcare administrative experience will be highly regarded.

You will have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or MacOS equivalent programs.
- Strong computer literacy and an openness to technological change.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Employment**
This position will be full-time, located at Gidget House North Sydney.

**Contract**
This role will initially be contracted for a 2-year period, aligned to Grant Funding.
