Our client is a leading logistics company based in the Inner West Sydney. They’re at the forefront of innovation in the logistics industry and are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a focus on mobile-first design to elevate their digital presence on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Led the creation of mobile-centric UI/UX designs that prioritise a seamless and engaging experience for users on various devices.
- Ensure mobile-friendliness and usability on small screens, catering to the needs of customers and staff on the go.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the design process.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and refine designs based on user feedback.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototyping to iterate and refine design concepts.
