We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and innovative mid-level UX/UI Design Consultant to join our design team in Sydney.

**What we ask for**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a UX/UI position.
- Highly skilled at both UX and UI, knowledgeable in the latest UI patterns and trends.
- Instilling a user-centered design culture into a data lead organisation.
- Experienced working and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive out requirements and deliverables.
- Run Lean UX workshops and have a good understanding of Design Thinking, Lean and Agile.
- Creating and presenting wireframes, InVision prototypes, user journeys, and personas.
- Working with our Design Team to continue developing our design and UX processes.
