**UI/UX Design at Macquarie**

Our UI/UX Designers work to digitally transform products and tackle complex challenges, placing the user experience at the heart of everything they do. Joining our Technology team as a UI/UX Designer gives you the opportunity to work from discovery through to delivery, simplifying and improving solutions for our customers.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers and other technology experts across the organisation. Joining the team means you will facilitate workshops, test prototypes, create sketches, build wireframes, create journey maps and design high-fidelity visuals that bring to life the intended experience for our customers.

**How Tech Select works**

Tech Select is purpose-built for technologists in the early stages of their career. You’ll join a cohort of professionals who are passionate about building and accelerating the digital enterprise.

You’ll embark on a 12-month development and mentoring program across a technology discipline of your choice. You can try something new or hone your existing expertise, while working on key projects within our Technology teams.

You can start your journey in one of the following fields:

- Software Engineering
- Cloud and Platform Engineering
- Cyber Security
- Data and Business Analytics
- UX/UI - Experience Design
- Customer/Tech Support

At the conclusion of Tech Select, your journey with Macquarie is only just beginning. As a permanent employee, you’ll continue shaping a technology career that’s unique to you.
