About the Role
As the Materials Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Materials Planner in all company purchasing-related functions, ensuring all production and sales requirements are met and inventory levels are maintained. You will be a relationship builder and drive performance in order to maintain the success of our growing organisation. Responsibilities
- Monitoring stock levels and determining best quantities for ordering
- Proactive management of all exceptions, including backorders, overdue PO's
- Working with all internal departments to forecast and manage stock replenishment
- Liaising with suppliers to maintain consistent stock levels on hand, manage expected delivery dates and proactively manage of all exceptions
- Maintaining planning system data to assure the highest possible level of data integrity
- Delivering required reports, metrics and analyses as needed in a timely manner
- Build strong lasting relationships with stakeholders across the business

About you
- Proven experience in a planning role or a recent Supply Chain Graduate
- Ability to demonstrate technical thought and a planning mindset
- Basic ERP/MRP skills (Experience using SAP is an advantage)
- High attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Personal energy and desire to aim for best practice
- Very strong communication and ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong analytical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
