Your new company
Our client is local to Western Sydney based in Kemps Creek. They are a manufacturing company and are looking for a Material Master Analyst/Demand Planner to join their team reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager.

Your new role:

- Develop rolling demand plans at multiple levels of aggregation (sku, product group, channel, region) over the short-, medium
- and long-term planning horizon
- Prepare and reconcile the various inputs of the Demand (e.g sales history data, customer sell out, promotions, phase-in/ phase-out, etc)
- Constantly track the Demand Plan against actual sales and initiate corrective actions
- Develop proper measurement and reporting to evaluate and continuously improve forecast accuracy
- Keep all the involved parties accountable for the input and agreed actions
- Drive S&OP product groups meetings to achieve monthly cross functional consensus on the constrained demand plan
- Ensure the Material Master Data creation and changes are completed in a timely manner
- Demand planning data to be maintained regularly
- Complete material master data requests within 24-48 hours of lodgement
- Participate in continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in Demand Planning/Material Master within the consumer goods manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, speaking, coordinating and organisational skills
- Demonstrated success in working within cross-organisational teams and manage strategic relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A strong methodical approach
- Proficiency using SAP
