**Role overview**:
**Primary responsibilities**:

- DAS/ProSim Production SAP Administration Support
- Release Production orders
- Picking and Issuing parts to production orders
- SAP processing at end of production cycle (Finished Goods)
- Packaging completed DAS OAs and ProSim product for shipment and related documentation
- Preparation for audits and stock checking
- DAS/ProSim Demand Planning (loading demand requirements into SAP)
- Responsible for planning capacity and fulfilment demand with plant manufacturing operations
- DAS/ProSim Production Scheduling
- Works with manufacturing team and develops monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters
- DAS/ProSim Order Fulfilment
- Monitors the transportation and delivery of inter/interplant parts and outbound finished products
- Monitors tracking and shipping
- Performs escalated expediting when required to ensure on time delivery of material
- Maintaining/build productive relationships with local procurement and the Carlsbad (US) and Wilsonville (US) personal
- Coordination with Rockwell Collins Optronics in Carlsbad, US with regards to orders, shipments of parts and licenses etc.
- Coordination with Collins Aerospace Wilsonville, US with regards to orders, shipments of parts
- Running, maintaining and distributing current DAS and ProSim stock inventory reports (SAP/Excel) weekly.
- Review and clear any DAS and ProSim inventory issues (SAP) monthly.
- Receiving all DAS and ProSim inbound parts shipment into SAP.
- Plant 9401 & 9451 Cycle counts (SAP) monthly.
- Warehouse support (Inbound & Outbound) SAP inbound receipt (GR) across other programs.
- Service centre SAP OA support for inbound (M01/M02) & outbound (including bill review).

**Skills and experience**:
**Essential**
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM, SAP).
- Have an ability to work with cross functional and cross regional teams
- Flexibility to support differing time zones from time to time
- Self-motivated; being proactive, demonstrating action and accountability
- Able to adapt under pressure
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Security Clearance (security clearance is required).
- Australian Citizenship is required

- Have a strong background in utilisation of SAP that supports the above described role responsibilities
