**The role**

Reporting to the National Store Development Manager, you will provide administrative and planning support across the design, approval, build, and fitout aspects of Beaumont Tiles stores and display centres nationally.

This role will also support the Retail Division, leading as directed and actively participating in critical Retail business projects and programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Being the initial contact point for store updates/ refit requests or roll-outs
- Assisting in the preparation and/or follow-up of building approvals
- Managing orders and service requirements for on-time supply to meet project timetable
- Approving store requests for display stock or items
- Maintaining and monitoring display stock (element & tiles) against forecast build dates to ensure on-time supply
- Ensuring store development projects are being managed consistently with the Beaumont Tiles process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Sourcing, developing and maintaining sound relationships with key suppliers
- Issuing tenders requests and seeking works quotations

**The Person**

Requirements for the role:

- Possess Building related project management administration or coordination experience
- High-level organisational skills and the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously
- Knowledge, understanding, and experience working with building documentation, plans, and relevant approval processes.
- A strong eye for detail
- Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel (intermediate to advanced) and MS Project (desirable) or other Gantt chart experience
- Understanding of AutoCAD (desirable)
- Confident, and professional and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative
