**Join our family in this role**:
Working closely with the Organisational Change Manager, project and business stakeholders the Project Change Analyst, will focus on engaging people to deliver the business outcomes sought from major change programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with project and business team members, identify how roles and ways of working will be impacted by the introduction of new systems and processes
- Engage stakeholders to develop a plan to manage the business impacts through the transition.
- Assist functional teams in developing supporting documentation, for example cutover checklists, process maps, work instructions.
- Monitor status and completion of impact management activities/tasks
- Work with more senior Change Practitioners to develop and manage plans for the introduction of changes into the business, including stakeholder communications, training and support
- Organise and administer training and communication
- Monitor and provide status updates on business readiness to the project leadership
- Establish measures and feedback channels to track progress through implementation and beyond.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- This role would ideally suit someone passionate to build a career in organisational change management.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, education, organisational development, or other related discipline
- Experience with IT project work, possibly as a trainer/technical writer, project coordinator, project administrator or business analyst.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills—able to engage with and influence stakeholders across the business.
- Strong conceptual and creative skills, with experience using a range of media including video to deliver messages
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills, with close attention to detail
- Solid digital skills with experience using a range of business technologies and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience developing and delivering training and communication associated with business change
- Highly desirable to have retail industry experience.
- Highly desirable to have or be working towards change management certification.
