Your new role
This is a unique Greenfield style role supporting the redesign and development of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. A unique career opportunity for someone to implement, develop and design all end to end Talent Attraction Strategies, Processes, EVP implementation and D&I.You will work as part of a talent team and play a key project focused role in the team and wider People & Culture space.
- Develop and implement the company's EVP
- Review, Create and Implement Talent Attraction strategies
- Implement and train all levels of a business on details talent strategies unique to their business unit, their team or future capabilities
- Review and drive all talent pooling, strategic sourcing processes
- Diversity & Inclusion - ensuring talent strategies align with current and long term strategic goals
- Improve and develop recruitment processes
- Advise and coach hiring managers on best practice recruitment
- Use Data and Talent insights to devise new and improved ways to review talent
- Manage and improve the internal recruitment process and referrals
- Manage and update with PSA agency suppliers and relationships
- Set up new strategic talent projects including networking events, career fairs, linkedin campaigns and talent pooling
- Drive the local employee brand and social media strategies and working closely with People & Culture and Marketing to redesign and improve Linkedin and Careers Page

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a seasoned Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager or TA Lead who has a strong background in an end to end Talent role where you have previously designed and implemented recruitment strategies. You MUST have expertise and knowledge of implementation of an EVP and companywide talent strategies, be a detailed an creative thinker, have local experience, be passionate about change and have a well established network. You can make this role your own so a confident and commercial mindset is also needed. Exposure to working in larger complex businesses be that ASX listed or global, or in a start up, scale up style role would be ideal.

- Generous salary for the stand alone nature of the role from $150,000 - $170,000 base + super + bonus.
- Sydney based with flexible working, and WFH. This is not a 100% remote role as the successful applicant must be able to work in the office each week to develop relationships and partnerships across the business.
