We are looking for Transport Administrator to join the Timbertruss Transport team based in Brendale.

Key tasks for this position include but not limited to:

  • Ensure an efficient and accurate communication flow for Company staff and clients.
  • Provide efficient and effective keyboard skills to undertake allocated clerical tasks.
  • Liaise with customers on their delivery requirements and update information into the Timbertruss database on an ongoing basis.
  • Liaise with the Transport Supervisor to confirm deliveries daily.
  • Report any problems in the delivery process to the Transport Supervisor.
  • Bringing jobs forward as required and maintaining manageable schedules for production and transport in the Timbertruss database.
  • Receive calls, SMS and emails in relation to schedule changes and administering these changes in the Timbertruss database.
