As a key member of our Executive Assistant team, we are seeking a highly experienced and resilient individual to support both our Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, is confident managing complex priorities, and has proven experience supporting two senior executives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will be a true business partner - composed, highly organised, and capable of navigating a range of internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA looking to play a pivotal role during a significant period of change within an iconic Australian business.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Partner closely with both the CMO and CCO to deliver high-level, efficient, and effective support
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, including internal and external appointment schedules across two portfolios
- Coordinate meetings, strategy sessions and presentations including preparation of materials and minute taking
- Act as a representative of the CMO and CCO externally with brand partners, agencies, and corporate stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to a large Marketing team (90+) and a Commercial team (20), assisting with communications, events and team engagement
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and manage related expenses
- Coordinate internal events and functions across both portfolios including venue booking, catering and logistics
- Build strong relationships with internal leaders and Executive Assistants across the business
- Manage confidential information with complete discretion
- Proven experience supporting two executives at C-Suite or senior leadership level
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills, with a calm and composed approach under pressure
- A polished and professional communication style with experience representing senior leaders externally
- A high level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive information
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams and external partners
- Experience within retail, agency, or large corporate environments will be advantageous
