Executive Assistant to Chief Customer Officer

As the Executive Assistant to our Chief Customer Officer, you will be in a fast paced administrative and supporting role where your passion for organisational efficiency and making a positive impact is valued. As a strategic thinker you will make connections across the business to support the Executive in delegating tasks and appointments to the leadership team.
You will enjoy a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Represent the ‘office’ of the Chief Customer Officer with stakeholders reflective of the EnergyAustralia values.
- Meeting and document preparation and tracking
- Executive, Team and Board meeting preparation
- Customer escalations & engagement
- Collect and process all expenses and prepare expense reconciliation where required.
**How you can support the energy transition**
To be considered for this role you will have a track record of high performance in an Executive Assistant role operating at a senior level supporting C-suite. You enjoy working and making a difference in progressive and competitive industry’s where you can bring your solution focused mindset and use your own experience to suggest solutions and resolve complex issues.
Naturally, you will be proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your ability to produce high-quality management reports and presentations will be essential as will your ability to customise highly effective office data and information management systems.
