**The Position**
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of VITS LanguageLoop and for the development and execution of high-quality services and client outcomes, continuous improvement, innovation and resource allocation and financial sustainability in a highly competitive market.
Reporting to the Chair and working closely with the Board of Language Loop, the Chief Executive Officer will lead an exciting stage in the organisation’s evolution. Harnessing a large workforce combined with advanced technology, this is a pivotal moment in time as the organisation is poised to make significant changes to its business model. It presents a significant opportunity for a new CEO to lead the next phase in the delivery of innovative language services.
The successful incumbent will be an inspirational and inclusive CEO who builds trust to lead the performance and wellbeing of Language Loop’s people and organisation. The successful applicant will be a values-led, and highly strategic CEO, with a capacity to lead in a dynamic, complex and challenging environment.
