**Job Description** The Role: Move the Dial in EV Charging**

As a Project Coordinator, you will manage multiple accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on a national scale. You’ll collaborate with business partners, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, resolve challenges, and uphold exceptional quality standards. This role calls for a proactive, highly organised, and solution-focused professional who excels at anticipating needs and optimising workflows to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Projects team to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage timelines to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Liaise with partners, contractors, and teams for seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and maintain input/output metrics.
- Promote the company, brand, and services positively to ensure a professional image.
- Perform quality assurance to ensure compliance with the Project Management Framework.

**Qualifications** About You**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and providing excellent service throughout lifecycle of a project
