Our Customer Service Department is an energetic and busy environment. The position involves a variety of responsibilities associated with customer care. This includes communicating with customers, processing orders, purchasing and accounts support, monitoring and reporting of our telematics solution.

Airco was established in 1963 and specialises in providing clients with tailored solutions to meet their telematics and instrumentation needs. Our mission is to provide premium customer service and maintain our reputation as industry experts.

Main tasks of job:

- Provide excellent customer support and care to our varied client base
- Perform sales and support tasks
- Manage website and social media
- Utilising Microsoft programs
- Workflow monitoring, ensuring tasks are performed in a timely manner
- Accounts receivable

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.8 per week

**Salary**: $21.56 - $36.37 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
