**Who We Are Looking For**:

- A **dedicated Clinic Receptionist / Administrator**who will be the welcoming face and the organisational backbone of our clinic.
- This **part-time role** (**minimum of 4 days per week**) comes with the option to increase to full time, pending workload and capacity.
- You should excel in a fast-paced environment, be adept at multitasking, and have a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and via phone.
- Manage client bookings, appointments, and administrative tasks with accuracy and care.
- Oversee the daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth coordination between therapists and staff.
- Support financial processes, including billing, invoicing, and managing outstanding invoices.
- Assist in social media management and contribute to clinic growth initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with clinic policies and industry regulations, ensuring data privacy and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate clinic meetings, manage supplies, and ensure a clean and organised clinic environment.

**What You Will Bring**:

- **Experience** in administrative roles, ideally within a healthcare or therapy clinic.
- **Strong communication and organisational skills**, with attention to detail.
- **Proficiency in clinic management systems** such as PracSuite, Halaxy, or Cliniko.
- **Tech-savviness**, with strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Interest in contributing to social media and marketing** efforts, with a creative approach to content creation.
- A positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
