We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Coordinator to
join our team. This role is designed for a motivated marketing professional who is ready to take ownership of key marketing activities and grow into a Marketing Manager position. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies, increasing

This hybrid role requires in-office attendance for a minimum of three days per week.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage
Meta and Google Ads campaigns, continuously optimising for
lead generation and ROI.
- Social Media Management: Work alongside our marketing
manager to execute a social media content calendar aligned
with business objectives, driving brand engagement and enquiries.
- SEO & Website Optimisation: Oversee website performance,
implement SEO strategies, and liaise with external developers for
website improvements.

- Marketing Collateral: Design and develop branded materials

**About You**:
We are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also
ambitious and eager to grow within the company.
**Technical Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms and software, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and WordPress.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
SEO knowledge and experience in optimising website performance.
- Experience in healthcare marketing (preferred but not essential)* Photo and video editing skills (desirable).
